Hyatt Text Messaging Terms

 

By checking the box to sign up to receive text messages, you agree to the Hyatt Terms & Conditions as well as the following text messaging terms (the “Text Terms”), and agree to receive text messages with updates and information about your reservations, as well as texts with offers and promotions, from and on behalf of Hyatt (including properties managed, franchised, owned, licensed, or developed by affiliates of Hyatt), including text messages sent using an autodialer, at the telephone number(s) you provided. As used herein, the term “Hyatt,” may refer to one or more of Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Hyatt Corporation, Hyatt International Corporation, Select Hotels Group, LLC, or one or more of their direct or indirect subsidiaries or affiliates.

 

Consent to receive text messages is not a requirement or a condition of any purchase.  You understand and agree that by checking the box to sign up to receive text messages, you are providing your digital signature.  By opting in to receive text messages, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older. Hyatt’s text messaging service is intended for use only by guests staying in Hyatt properties located in the United States.  Hyatt reserves the right to change, update, or correct any of the Text Terms at any time by posting amended terms to this website.  Your continued consent to receive Hyatt messages will indicate your acceptance of such changes.

 

Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with Hyatt text messages, in addition to any applicable roaming charges. Not all carriers covered and supported carriers may change from time to time.  Hyatt does not guarantee availability or performance of the text message service and you understand that transmission delays and message failures may occur.

 

To stop receiving text messages, text STOP to the phone number from which you received the text message. You will receive a text confirming your opt-out. You can also email Hyatt at request-sms@hyatt.com to opt-out.  To request additional information or to get help, text HELP to the phone number from which you received the text message.

 

You represent that you are the account holder for the telephone number(s) that you provide.  You are responsible for notifying Hyatt immediately if you change your mobile telephone number.  You may notify Hyatt of a number change by emailing Hyatt at request-sms@hyatt.com. You agree to indemnify Hyatt for any claims, expenses, and/or damages related to or caused in whole or in part by your failure to notify Hyatt if you change your telephone number, including, but not limited to, all claims, expenses, and damages related to or arising under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

 

Hyatt may suspend or terminate your receipt of Hyatt text messages at any time.  Hyatt reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or any part of Hyatt text message services, with or without notice.
